Change Management and Training Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled coordinator with experience across the Learning and Development and Change Management space to support our client in their integration process.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Change Manager to coordinate all activities related to the integration process, working closely with the change team on deliverables.

  • Organising logistics around training rollouts, including schedule and attendance logging
  • Managing engagement schedules and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of communications materials
  • Collaborating with project teams to achieve objectives

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with project teams and managing change initiatives
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and analytical abilities
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
