Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Enablement Manager to lead and coordinate complex change management activities.

This role will oversee end-to-end change workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols and change approval hierarchies.
  • Coordinate change requests and scheduling across providers to minimize service impact.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes to services and business operations.
  • Align IT Service Management (ITSM) processes with business objectives to deliver structured change frameworks.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful change delivery.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and organizational change.
  • Strong background in Change Enablement within both public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within Service Integration and Management (SIAM) governance models.
  • Expertise in ITSM alignment, change frameworks, and service transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
