About the Role:
This position plays a pivotal role in implementing organizational change and transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES AND NEW WAYS OF WORKING.
DELIVER BANK-WIDE TRANSFORMATION AND OFFSHORING PROJECTS AND INITIATIVES.
LEVERAGE DATA ANALYTICS TO GATHER SCOPE, ASSESS PERFORMANCE, MEASURE IMPACT OF CHANGE INITIATIVES AND PROVIDE INSIGHTS FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND ENHANCEMENT.
PROPOSE AND PROACTIVELY PROVIDE SENIOR LEADERSHIP WITH CHANGE MATERIALS SUCH AS LEADER TOOLKITS, EMPLOYEE FAQ, INTRANET CONTENT AND PRESENTATION DECKS.
Employee Engagement:
DEVELOP MECHANISMS FOR EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK, RECOGNITION AND INVOLVEMENT (SURVEYS, FOCUS GROUPS, DIGITAL TOOLS, ETC.).
LEAD END-TO-END COORDINATION OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS INCLUDING IDENTIFYING AND SOURCING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH TO EXECUTION AND POST-EVENT EVALUATION.
MONITOR CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TRENDS USING SURVEY DATA, PULSE FEEDBACK AND OTHER METRICS TO IDENTIFY AREAS OF OPPORTUNITY.
Analytics & Reporting:
TRACK AND REPORT ON CHANGE STRATEGY OUTCOMES, INCLUDING THE ADOPTION, READINESS AND ALIGNMENT WITH THE MEDIUM-TERM BUSINESS PLAN AND STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES.
PRODUCE COMPREHENSIVE QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL REPORTS ON CHANGE MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES, ENGAGEMENT AND CULTURE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION.
What We Are Looking For:
The successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a similar or related role, preferably supporting or leading a change management workstream.
Along with project and change management experience, you'll also be able to analyze data to measure progress and impact (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Glint, Tableau, SharePoint, and other analytic tools).
You'll have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, together with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
You'll likely have a college diploma / tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
