Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at PharmacyStore. As a key member of our support office, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure an efficient and smooth HR operation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Data Management:
    Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  2. Recruitment Support:
    Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
  3. HR Documentation:
    Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  4. Compliance and Policy Management:
    Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  5. Employee Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns, and support the implementation of employee engagement and wellness programs.
  6. Operations Support:
    Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  7. Health & Safety Administration:
    Coordinate health & safety training programs, monitor and report on health & safety performance, and assist in developing and communicating health & safety policies and procedures.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with retail operations or multi-site environments.
