Senior Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Clare HR team in coordinating and implementing HR processes, policies, and programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure effective talent management processes, including performance and development cycles, succession planning, and talent movement.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and DE&I to build and implement people strategies.
  • Drive HR projects, leading work on key deliverables and managing KPIs to inform sustainable actions.
  • Manage key functions within the Clare Site, including Reception, Cafeteria, and Occupational Health.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment law and corporate policies.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in HR or a related field, with 14+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years managing people.
  • Demonstrated experience running a HR organization, utilizing continuous improvement best practices.
  • High level of experience in dealing with labor relations and union negotiations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resources employment law, trends, and benchmarking.
  • Highly effective communicator, with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships at all levels.
