The RoleWe are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Neurosurgical division in Sydney, New South Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling capital products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Your proven track record of influencing sales and excellent communication skills will enable you to connect with our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to gain market share and sales growth with existing and new customers.
- Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities and provide added value to our customers.
- Evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
- Devise a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
- Address product issues using your knowledge and resourcefulness.
- Present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximize the use and application of Stryker products.
- Oversee the maintenance of product inventory.
- A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
