We are seeking a highly skilled and organised financial operations manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day accounting activities across three businesses. This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, accounting standards, and award conditions.
You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts and payroll, including liaising with external stakeholders such as banks, accountants, lawyers, and government departments. A strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll, superannuation, and PAYG
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
- Conducting bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparing monthly reports
Required attributes:
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MYOB, Newbook, WageLoch, or Wage Easy
- Superior problem-solving and investigative skills
- Basic administration experience (desired)
