**Job Title:** Financial Operations Manager
Our Accounting Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage its day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting team, including training, development, and performance evaluation
- Oversee internal and external audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to optimize financial performance

**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
