About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office, including administration, bookkeeping, and financial management.

This is a sole charge position, approximately 20-25 hours per week with flexible work arrangements available. You will be working autonomously within a small local team in Australia but also collaborating with the administration team of a large international company.

As Office Manager, you will be required to maintain the financial integrity and compliance of the business in line with Local laws and Company requirements. This includes end of month/ year financial reporting, direction from Head Office, and working with internal/external stakeholders both locally and within the Head Office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in Australia, with a strong background in bookkeeping and administration. Cert IV in Bookkeeping would be preferable as a minimum qualification, but not essential. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience with MYOB & SAP ERP operating systems, general bookkeeping administration experience, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the office, including administration, bookkeeping, and financial management.
  • Maintain the financial integrity and compliance of the business in line with Local laws and Company requirements.
  • Prepare and submit end of month/year financial reports as required by Head Office.
