Salary: $140k - $400k + Super

About The Role

We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to assist out Business Development Team by securing new business, developing new relationships and leads within key market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hitting key sales metrics relating to services within monthly and annual budgets.
  • Research and be up to date with current market trends – identifying new opportunities to engage prospects and drive new business.
  • Demonstrate exceptional phone and communication skills – comfortable cold calling to appointment set and secure meetings.
  • Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to maintain records of all interactions.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with clients regarding their accounts.

What We Need from You

  • Previous experience in a Business Development Manager position, preferably within the Construction or Supply Industry.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who can get out there and make it happen for themselves.
  • A proven track record for success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel, when and as required.
