Job Description

At Kantar Profiles, a leading market research company, we are seeking an exceptional Business Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

We provide valuable data that helps businesses make informed decisions through our solid research experience and world-class digital panels and services.

As pioneers in market research, we deliver market insights that improve business results, making us trusted advisors to our clients.

This role combines sales, account management, and research, offering you the chance to create a significant impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow a customer base with a strong emphasis on financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new client segments, fueling business growth and exploring opportunities within the market.
  • Serve as the face of the business, liaising with clients, and contributing ideas to brainstorming sessions internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain positive ongoing client relationships.
  • Report on successes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote and present Kantar Profiles' products, services, innovations, and developments to address clients' objectives.
  • Provide expertise on our Lightspeed panel, feasibility, and pricing approach to clients.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling in the market research industry.
  • Ability to build rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills, capable of mediating discussions and making concessions while accomplishing goals and protecting interests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with meticulous attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Strong time management skills, working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary and bonus structure, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
