Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow a customer base with a strong emphasis on financial success and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new client segments, fueling business growth and exploring opportunities within the market.
  • Serve as the face of the business, liaising with clients, and contributing ideas to brainstorming sessions internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain positive ongoing client relationships.
  • Report on successes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote and present Kantar Profiles' products, services, innovations, and developments to address clients' objectives.
  • Provide expertise on our Lightspeed panel, feasibility, and pricing approach to clients.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience selling in the market research industry.
  • Ability to build rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills, capable of mediating discussions and making concessions while accomplishing goals and protecting interests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with meticulous attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Strong time management skills, working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary and bonus structure, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
