Warranty Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Warranty Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring that customers' issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage their time efficiently to handle a high volume of cases without compromising on quality.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve warranty tickets, ensuring quick response times and high customer satisfaction.
- Process and track warranty claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and timelines.
- Evaluate and assess warranty issues to make sound decisions on claims approvals or rejections.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all warranty-related issues are efficiently resolved.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including customer communication and decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance to customers on warranty coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Follow up on outstanding warranty claims to ensure timely resolutions.
- Prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to handle a high volume of cases without compromising on quality.
