Warranty Management Opportunity
Job DescriptionAssume responsibility for the evaluation and processing of warranty claims to ensure seamless execution of warranty procedures.
- Verify the validity of warranty claims in accordance with established manufacturer and dealership policies.
- Process and submit warranty claims, repair orders, and related documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve warranty-related issues, including the receipt of replacement vehicle parts.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty ledgers and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the proper storage, forwarding, and disposal of replaced warranty vehicle parts.
- Guarantee that warranty claims are processed in adherence to manufacturer and dealership guidelines and policies.
- Facilitate all warranty-related matters, including vendor and manufacturer interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in warranty claims management is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive parts and vehicles is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Experience with Pentana/ERA software is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to established processes are crucial.
- Effective conflict resolution skills are necessary for resolving warranty-related disputes.
- Sound organizational skills will help prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A customer-centric approach is vital for delivering exceptional service to clients.
