Site Administrator Role
As a key member of our circular economy team, this site administrator will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Greenfields site. The successful candidate will possess excellent financial acumen, using SAP and spreadsheets to aid leadership in tracking expenditure and maintaining budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees
- Manage general reception and office duties including answering phones, booking couriers, ordering and replenishing supplies across the site, welcoming visitors, and booking meetings
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Organize and coordinate training days with the Site Manager and/or Leadership team
- Coordinate and support the onboarding/induction process of new employees and casuals
- Provide support to third-party labor providers if required
- Support the coordination and distribution of uniforms and PPE
Requirements:
- Experience using SAP is highly desired
- At least 3 years in a similar administration/coordination position
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service focus with the ability to build effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and manage time effectively
