Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

The Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple platforms, ensuring a positive and professional experience for customers.
  • Manage inventory, process online orders, and handle returns efficiently to maximize business outcomes.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including postal and courier deliveries, to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the team and manage office supplies and stationery orders.
  • Handle office expense management and credit card reconciliations with attention to detail to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed across the business, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website chat, and other platforms in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Process online orders, manage inventory, and handle returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Coordinate courier bookings, invoicing, and stationery management to support daily operations and meet customer expectations.
  4. Assist with organizing travel arrangements and managing office expenses to optimize resources and minimize costs.
  5. Support general administrative tasks as required to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administration is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial to deliver results and achieve business objectives.
  • Comfortable using customer service platforms, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and courier booking systems is advantageous, but not essential.
