  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and operational objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Proven sales leadership experience in the Civil industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
