**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Civil Sales team in VIC/TAS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and driving the sales strategy for the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and operational objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
**Requirements**
- Proven sales leadership experience in the Civil industry.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
