Position Partners is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our Civil business in the VIC/TAS territory. This is a challenging opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for the construction industry.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-focused sales manager who can drive revenue growth and develop a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, articulating a clear sales strategy, and leading by example. With a focus on achieving regional sales targets, this role requires a proactive approach to managing team performance and ensuring excellent customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to customers.
  • A deep understanding of the Civil market, including key competitors and trends.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
