Civil Sales Manager

The Construction Sales Manager for VIC/TAS is a key role at Position Partners, responsible for driving and developing the Civil Sales Strategy with regional personnel to achieve revenue and operational objectives.
This role is crucial in maintaining our status as a key player in the industry while ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales management of the Civil business.
- Develop a high-performing construction team.
- Build strong and valued customer relationships.
- Respond to customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Commit to meeting and exceeding personal and regional sales targets.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients.
- Articulate and implement a clear sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead a team that embodies our core values and behaviors.
- Ensure team members have clear roles and development plans.
- Continuously manage team performance through feedback and coaching.
- Organize regular team meetings and ensure a safe workplace environment.
- Handle HR matters including recruitment, termination, and coaching.
- Monitor and provide feedback on customers, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Maintain an understanding of industry and technology trends.

- Knowledge of Machine Systems, Weighing, GPS, and Laser System Products.
