The Construction Sales Manager for VIC/TAS is a key role at Position Partners, responsible for driving and developing the Civil Sales Strategy with regional personnel to achieve revenue and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales management of the Civil business.

  • Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients.

  • Continuously manage team performance through feedback and coaching.
  • Organize regular team meetings and ensure a safe workplace environment.
  • Handle HR matters including recruitment, termination, and coaching.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on customers, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry and technology trends.
