We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to own strategy and execution across marketing automation, digital campaigns, and full-funnel growth initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a central role in acquiring high-quality leads, converting them into customers, and keeping them engaged. They will develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns, manage paid search campaigns, and work closely with sales to create ABM campaigns for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth & Demand Generation:
    • Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (ABM, paid search, retargeting, etc.)
    • Own and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Work closely with sales to create ABM campaigns for key accounts
    • Test, learn, and iterate on landing pages, CTAs, and campaign funnels
  • Marketing Automation & Operations:
    • Own and optimise marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze)
    • Build and manage email nurture programs and multi-touch drip campaigns, consistently optimising nurture programs to maximise impact
    • Maintain lead scoring models and ensure alignment with sales
    • Create and optimise workflows, segmentation, and data hygiene processes
  • SEO & Digital Marketing:
    • Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and partner with APAC Content Manager on content planning
    • Analyse website and content performance and collaborate with APAC Content Manager to improve organic acquisition
    • Partner with product marketing and content to align campaigns with personas and funnel stages
    • Report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and attribution tools to generate insights to support ongoing channel optimisation

The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS marketing experience, a deep understanding of the full funnel, and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools. They must be able to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and product marketing teams.
