Growth Strategist – Digital Marketing Specialist

This role involves developing and implementing high-performing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of audience targeting, bid strategies, keyword optimisation, and landing page performance. They will be responsible for designing and running integrated performance marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, build brand authority, and drive measurable ROI.

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and manage full-funnel campaign strategies, landing pages, lead magnets, and retargeting funnels
  • Continuously A/B test ad creatives, messaging, CTAs, and audience segments to maximise performance
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools
  • Leverage the latest AI-driven marketing and campaign optimisation tools to enhance efficiency and targeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and copywriting skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and campaign management, with hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
