This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end growth strategy and execution across various platforms. You'll own the full performance marketing funnel from audience targeting to conversion optimisation, with a focus on maximising lifetime value to customer acquisition cost efficiency.

You'll collaborate closely with creative and campaign teams to drive impact across social channels. This includes working side by side with cross-functional teams to make sure no stone is left unturned. Whether it's surfacing new insights, building better funnels, or squeezing more from existing channels, you'll be at the centre of it all.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years experience in a growth, performance, or analytics role within an e-commerce or marketplace business. You have a proven track record of driving measurable growth in fast-paced digital environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in scaling Paid Search and/or Paid Social with significant budgets. They will understand how to optimise campaigns for efficiency and growth at scale, balancing short-term wins with long-term brand impact.

This person will also have strong analytical capability with confidence building complex models. They will have hands-on experience applying incrementality frameworks and working with Marketing Mix Modeling to inform budget allocation and channel strategy.

This role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our office. This is subject to change in line with business requirements.
