Growth Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing global growth initiatives across the full marketing funnel.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be on driving demand, acquisition, and activation through a blend of paid and owned media. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to design and deliver scalable growth programs that power new customer acquisition.

  • You will lead the strategy and execution of global growth initiatives, including campaign conceptualization, target account research automation, and experimentation.
  • Work hand-in-glove with the digital product manager to optimize conversion rates on our website and other campaign sites.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing, experimentation, and analysis for campaigns to improve conversion rates.

Key Qualifications
  • Multifaceted marketing skills with depth in growth marketing, including experience with paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Able to build a strategy from the ground-up and prioritize efficiently.
  • 7+ years hands-on experience leading demand creation efforts in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience owning funnel performance using experiments to optimize critical metrics.
  • Strong quantitative skills to analyze and synthesize raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
