The Duty Manager will lead daily operations at a successful club, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. This role involves managing a dynamic team across various departments, overseeing gaming, bar, and dining operations, and balancing tills, float reconciliation, and daily safe balancing.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates.
- Ability to manage financial operations, including stock control and ordering.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
