- Oversee gaming, bar, and dining operations.
- Balance tills, float reconciliation, and daily safe balancing.
- Create and manage rosters for efficiency.
- Liaise with senior management to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates.
- Ability to manage financial operations, including stock control and ordering.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
