Frontline Recruitment is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the daily operations of a successful pub group in the Queanbeyan region. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and overseeing gaming, bar, and dining operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the daily operations of the pub's hospitality services, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring efficient operations.
- Manage and motivate a team across various departments, including gaming, bar, and dining.
- Balance tills, float reconciliation, and daily safe balancing to ensure accurate financial management.
- Create and manage rosters for efficiency, ensuring a fair and balanced workload for staff.
- Liaise with senior management to meet business objectives and drive growth.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Current RSA and RCG certificates, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations.
- Ability to manage financial operations, including stock control and ordering.
- Strong communication and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
