
Enterprise Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Enterprise Relationship Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with small business customers, providing them with holistic support throughout their business cycle.
Your focus will be on 'making it easy' for customers by providing exceptional service and accountability, including residential and commercial lending, cash flow solutions, and other strategic needs. This involves maintaining the customer as the core focus and providing personalized support to meet their unique requirements.
You will have personal conversations with customers and referral partners to provide an integrated customer experience, creating strong and lasting partnerships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
As part of our team, you will perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limits within your Delegated Commitment Authority (DCA). You will also assess economic value and risk potential of new business and provide expertise and insights about business options while balancing risk for growth and innovation.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Business and/or Retail/Lending banking and financial experience
- Excellent understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge
- Strong customer and relationship management skills
- Problem-solving, time management, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
