About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the success of our business across Tier 1 and enterprise mining clients in the APAC region.

You will take ownership of complex accounts, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across strategic partners and mining operations.

  • Prepare and execute account management plans to maximise growth and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations and multi-license renewals with key enterprise clients.
  • Maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across your accounts.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to define scope and opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records.

About You

You're a trusted commercial partner with a deep understanding of the mining sector and proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Senior experience in Key Account Manager role.
  • Ideal experience with similar mining technology.
  • Proven success in enterprise contract negotiation and licence management.
  • Experience influencing C-level and senior stakeholders.
