About The Opportunity

We're seeking a Key Account Manager to drive success in APAC region for Tier 1 and enterprise mining clients. You'll be responsible for owning complex accounts, ensuring retention, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex licence renewals and negotiations.

  • Develop account management plans to maximise growth and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations with key enterprise clients.
  • Maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across your accounts.
  • Collaborate with APAC operations teams to define scope and opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records.

About You

You're a trusted commercial partner with experience managing complex enterprise accounts.

Key skills and experience:

  • Senior experience in Key Account Manager role.
  • Ideally experience with similar mining technology.
  • Proven success in enterprise contract negotiation and licence management.
  • Experience influencing C-level and senior stakeholders.
