
Senior Enterprise Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the engagement with Enterprise customers in Western Australia, driving Cloudflare's business growth and expansion in the region.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Enterprise customers to understand their IT needs and develop comprehensive account strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and manage complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Solutions Engineers and Sales Operations, to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development, pipeline management, and team leadership.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
