The Opportunity

As a Strategic Infrastructure Fund Product Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic growth of our real infrastructure business. Your responsibilities will include establishing new funds, mandates, and joint ventures, with a primary focus on the infrastructure space.

You will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to execute business development initiatives, requiring end-to-end project management. This includes new fund product concept design, investor marketing, deal structuring and negotiation of key terms, transaction underwriting and due diligence, and ultimately deal execution.

About You

  • Strong understanding and experience within financial advisory/investment banking, investment management, or private equity
  • Infrastructure-specific experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing underwriting and valuation methodologies
  • Dynamic environment of large-scale transactions
