About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Analyst to provide funds management support to a Dexus Infrastructure Fund and Infrastructure Separately Managed Account (SMA) Portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and implementation of investment strategies, financial models, and analysis of portfolio returns.
  • Analyse the dynamics of and primary influences on portfolio returns.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Fund/Portfolios and their key priorities, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Circa 5 years' experience in a real asset (infrastructure or real estate), financial analytics or similar role.
  • A thorough understanding of one or more real asset sectors and familiarity with unlisted fund and capital structures, balance sheet, cash flow, and profit and loss reporting.
  • Strong financial modelling and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and attribution analysis of financial performance.
About You

You will be a customer-focused and detail-driven individual with excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders and engage collaboratively to deliver results.
