Job Overview

Lead the Food and Beverage operation as a key member of our hotel team. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for creating purpose for people to experience our offerings.

We are seeking an organised and experienced Venue Manager to manage the Food and Beverage operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implement activations for Chido Chido Cantina
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through Functions and Events
  • Liaise with event managers and clients
  • Enhance Brand reputation
  • Manage venue maintenance in collaboration with the Chief Engineer

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills. You must be able to anticipate all logistics and requirements for events and ensure the venue generates profit for us.
