Experience Manager - Events and Programs

We are seeking a creative experience manager to design and deliver unforgettable events and programs for visitors. You will shape a program that is innovative and inspiring, working with creatives from diverse backgrounds, partnering with leading festivals, artists, and cultural organisations.

About the Role

  • You will lead a talented team in managing the development of bold programming and event planning initiatives, building partnerships that open new doors and delivering exceptional experiences for our audience.
  • You will develop and manage budgets, contracts, and timelines, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive event plans that meet business objectives and provide engaging experiences for our audience.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and increase audience reach.
  • Maintain accurate records of event plans, schedules, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an event manager or producer with a strong background in programming and event delivery across various genres and scales.
  • Ability to create memorable experiences that connect with diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of how creativity can come together to inspire and engage.
  • Contemporary networks across the cultural sector, including festivals, galleries, museums, libraries, and major events.
  • Ability to build and nurture partnerships that last.
  • Value collaboration as an important part of creating exceptional experiences.
  • Skills in event ticketing, technical and logistical planning, budget management, contracts, and project documentation.
