Job Summary

The Associate Event Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering seamless event experiences across various formats.

  • Build, configure and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage.
  • Manage clients and stakeholders with clear, timely communications.
  • Oversee speakers and event operations for smooth delivery, handle post-event communications, analyze data and deliver insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end event projects for Life Science, Professional Services and Enterprise clients.
  • Onboard quickly, learn systems and processes to hit the ground running.
  • Professionally manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
