Senior Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the clinical team, you will work with parents and their infants who are experiencing significant mental health issues.
The role involves providing specialist perinatal and infant mental health support through time-limited intensive interventions, including home visiting, clinic appointments, and in-reach services. You will work collaboratively with families to develop strategies that promote positive parenting and healthy infant development.
About the Role- Provide high-quality clinical services to parents and their infants with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each family.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for families.
- Degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Nursing.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience working with families with complex mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with diverse cultural groups.
- Knowledge of child development and family dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
