About the Opportunity

An exciting leadership role has become available for a WA Service Supervisor to join our Perth-based team in Welshpool. Reporting directly to the WA Service Manager, you will oversee a team of 5 experienced Field Service Technicians, providing support, technical assistance, and training to the state's network of Service Providers and appointed Service Agents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and effective field service operations, meeting customer demands and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to resolve complex issues, collaborating closely with technicians and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits, facilitate monthly meetings, and address customer complaints effectively.
  • Develop and manage quotations for major installation work involving Rheem Products.
  • Oversee staff training, ensuring they possess the necessary qualifications to install and service Rheem products within their scope.
  • Communicate product faults to the Service Manager and relevant stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to meet service call demands, balancing workload and resource allocation.
  • Support and liaise with Service Agents, providing regular training and visits to enhance their capabilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections of general service vehicles to ensure they are properly maintained.
  • Promote a culture of commitment to Rheem's Corporate, Quality, and WHS procedures, upholding the highest standards.

About You

We seek an individual who embodies commitment, motivation, energy, and reliability. Ideally, you should possess:

  • I Class Gas fitting licence
  • Electrical licence or at minimum a Restricted Electrical licence
  • Trade qualifications in either Refrigeration or Plumbing
  • Current WA drivers' licence
  • Proficiency in using electronic communication/information devices

Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
