Job Description

The Technical Solutions Manager will play a key role in helping design, develop and implement technical solutions with a strong emphasis on customer requirements. The successful candidate will perform a range of functions including:

  • Defining and developing complex solutions for clients.
  • Supporting the team in exceeding project deliverables.
  • Performing system requirement and architecture definition.
  • Developing and supporting engineering system reviews across the project lifecycle.
  • Providing estimations for tasks and work packages associated with changes or proposed system upgrades.
  • Identification/development of program Systems Engineering plans and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle management, knowledge of ITIL framework and processes, experience eliciting and managing requirements, and a track record of working on complex systems projects.
