Technical Solutions Architect

This is a key role within our Operations Team. We are seeking a technical professional to join our Canberra team providing solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, training and testing.
- Managing software installation, configuration and support in the customer's environments for use in tests, training, exercises and actual operations.
- Designing, implementing and supporting technical solutions that ensure alignment, effective communication and coordination between stakeholders.
- Providing level 1 and 2 support to customers on software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and to end-users.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other similar discipline.
- Experience in software development technologies such as Java, C#, JavaScript.
- IT infrastructure and platforms experience including Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems and XMPP chat.
- To design, develop and deliver high-quality software solutions across multiple domains.
- To provide expert-level technical support to internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and principles.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
