Our organization seeks a seasoned Digital Solutions Lead to drive pre-sales success and foster a high-performing team of technology experts in Canberra. This strategic role is pivotal to our growth, focusing on driving pre-sales success and fostering a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership: Act as the senior technical authority in pre-sales engagements, collaborating with sales and account teams to design compelling and commercially viable solutions for clients.
  • People & Practice Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of practice leads and technical consultants.
  • National Alignment & Collaboration: Work closely with National Practice Leads to ensure national strategy, standards, and methodologies are successfully implemented within the team.
  • Capability Development: Define the strategic direction for your practice areas locally and identify emerging technologies to contribute to service catalogues.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive the growth of your practices by contributing to the go-to-market strategy, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and technology partners.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in a pre-sales or solution architecture capacity, with experience leading complex bids and proposals. They will also possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and a deep understanding of at least two of the following areas: Digital Applications, QA & Testing, and Data & AI.
