**Job Title:** Technical Solutions Expert

Our company is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with senior consultants to implement new solutions and providing technical support to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist senior consultants in project delivery.
  • Manage the professional services support queue.
  • Resolve issues or escalate support tickets as required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Project manage ticket resolution.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with technical and customer success business groups.
  • Support recurring managed service customers.
  • Document customer solutions and fixes.

**Required Skills:**

  • NV1 / Baseline certification or ability to obtain.
  • Strong understanding of software solution design and architecture.
  • Certification and/or experience in Microsoft technologies.
  • Technical skills in HTML, XML, JAVA, JavaScript, and browser technologies.
  • Excellent consultative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
