About the Role
As a key member of our team at Canon, we are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join us in providing exceptional customer service. The role involves efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Daily mail and courier management including receipt, sorting, and dispatch of mail items.
- Handling and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and stationery to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Database updates and presentation maintenance to keep information up-to-date and accessible.
- Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies to facilitate efficient delivery.
- Light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Ad-hoc administration tasks as required to support team functions.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, be highly reliable, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also demonstrate strong computer literacy and possess excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills. A good level of physical fitness is also desirable due to potential heavy lifting requirements.
Key Skills and Qualifications Include:
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet stringent service standards.
- Previous customer service experience is highly regarded.
Salary and Benefits
