As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing accurate information on exhibitions, tours, and activities, and contributing to the solemnity of daily ceremonies.

The position involves working casual shifts over 7 days per week, with a minimum requirement of 3-4 shifts per week. You will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work independently to ensure seamless operations.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that exceed visitor expectations
  • Provide insightful information on exhibitions, tours, and activities, ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors
  • Contribute to the solemnity of daily ceremonies, maintaining gallery security and conveying the Memorial's ethos with sensitivity
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to achieve exceptional results

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $40.73 (including casual loading) during training, increasing to $41.60 per hour (including casual loading) upon completion of training, plus 11.5% superannuation
  • Penalty rates apply for hours worked on Sundays or public holidays

About You:

  • You should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a dedication to customer service, and the ability to deal with diverse visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Australian citizenship is required, and a National Police Check must be completed prior to commencement
