Medical Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team at Qscan Radiologic Clinics.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and referrers, primarily over the phone. This includes assisting with appointment bookings, managing patient referrals, and ensuring patients are well-prepared for their services.
As a key member of our team, you will maintain accurate patient records, facilitate pathology and previous imaging records, and provide essential information to patients. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and referrers, responding to general enquiries and appointment bookings.
- Manage patient referrals from our website and referring practitioners, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure patients are well-prepared for their services by providing necessary information, such as arrival times and appointment preparations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate access to pathology and previous imaging records.
- Customer-focused approach with empathy, care, and compassion for patients and referrers.
- Strong communication skills, enabling confident interactions with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
