Chief Growth Officer

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead and scale our growth efforts across the APAC region. You will be responsible for driving the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention to revenue, using a mix of paid and organic strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
- Manage significant budgets and shape campaigns to achieve performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on player experience and growth targets
- Drive ASO, influencer campaigns, and community-led initiatives to support organic scale
- Build dashboards, lead A/B testing, and use data to continuously refine strategy
- Significant experience in user acquisition or growth marketing within mobile gaming or consumer tech
- Proven track record of scaling mobile games using both paid and organic strategies
- Strong understanding of LTV modelling, cohort analysis, and performance data
- Hands-on experience with MMPs (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust) and major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
