We are seeking a Financial Management Specialist to join our team in North Sydney. The successful candidate will manage overheads and recharges, ensuring accurate tracking, recording, reporting, and forecasting in line with budget.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare overheads reports for identified profit centres, ensuring accuracy and alignment with budget
  • Process recharges in a timely manner, ensuring values are accurately calculated and aligned with budget
  • Act as a finance business partner for identified profit centres
  • Provide quality insights into factors influencing performance and present recommendations for improvement
  • Reconcile prepayments, accruals, GRNI, payables, and receivables balances
  • End-to-end preparation and delivery of quality budgets and quarterly reforecasting

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant degree qualification in Accounting/Finance
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • SAP experience required
  • Solid IT capability and experience using Power BI and BPC desirable
  • Strong financial planning and analysis knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
