About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Expert to join our team at Pepper Financial Services Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing warehouse liquidity, analysing data, producing and reviewing various reports.

Responsibilities
  • Play a proactive role in managing warehouse liquidity and ensuring sufficient funding is available to support the lending business across all asset classes.
  • Analyse large data sets and model forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and review accurate reporting packs for distribution internally and externally.
  • Monitor cash position in warehouse accounts and forecast funding requirements.
  • Review processes and controls to identify risks and ensure any risks are appropriately mitigated.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience within a Treasury role and a degree in Finance, accounting or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of treasury functions and securitisation.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with intermediate experience with Alteryx, Tableau or SQL preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing large data sets and modelling.
  • Great attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
