About the Role

Annecto is a leading provider of disability and aged care services, and we're seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery and management of reliable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the IT Manager in developing and implementing an IT strategy aligned with Annecto's business objectives
  • Develop and manage a program of work and projects, drawing on expert advice from our Managed Service Provider
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to design and develop a scalable IT infrastructure that benefits the organization
  • Manage Annecto's Azure-based and physical infrastructure equipment and systems to maximize uptime and protect data
  • Partner with the network engineer to design infrastructure improvements and changes to reduce downtime
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in computer science or IT, combined with significant demonstrated relevant professional experience
  • Highly regarded certifications in cloud technology, ITIL Foundation, and network security
  • Demonstrated project planning and business analysis skills, with an understanding of current network hardware, security protocols, and practices
  • Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development, with a focus on risk management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
