Senior Infrastructure EUC Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure EUC Analyst to join our team at Anton Murray Consulting. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT needs and issues of our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating systems, database, telecommunications, PC, LAN, WAN, and data security technologies. They will also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and good project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Service Management: Provide business as usual (BAU) IT support, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Project Support/Management: Support migration activities, testing, and migration IT requirements. Work with Global core IT teams on projects and build-outs.
  • Partner Experience: Enable and promote tech-savvy A-partners through end-user empowerment. Perform process enhancements and continuous improvements through projects and initiatives.
  • Data Centre, Network, and Server Management: Act as hands and feet and provide physical support to Global Network and Server Support Teams. Provide systems/network infrastructure support and network security management.

Desired Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge of networks, database, or operating systems, PC/LAN/WAN, Citrix/VDI, telecommunications technologies, and information security technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential to successfully service clients and to maintain good working relationships with partners.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent qualifications – minimum.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of technical experience in operating systems, database, telecommunications, PC, LAN, WAN, and data security technologies.
  • Should have good understanding of ITIL, Citrix, VDI/VM, Windows servers, MS O365.
  • ITIL, MCSE, MCSA, and CCNA certification highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Service Now System tool highly desirable.
