Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the provisioning, maintenance, and management of a broad range of technology platforms.
  • Lead operational support for all technology interactions, ensuring seamless service delivery across internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architecture teams to shape and refine technology solutions and roadmaps that align with our evolving business needs.
  • Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience and business continuity.
  • Manage and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, performance metrics, and risk management practices.
  • Lead and mentor the Cloud and Infrastructure team, fostering a high-performance culture that drives productivity and innovation.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with at least 8-10 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, guiding teams in large enterprise environments. You should possess deep knowledge of Azure cloud implementations, Microsoft platforms, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), and operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Unix.

You should be able to develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, with a proven ability to implement cloud Fin Ops strategies. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to navigate complex, mission-critical environments are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
