Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Cross-Functional Category Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving category performance, building strategic partnerships, and analyzing complex data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Category Strategy: Own category growth, develop innovative strategies, and make data-driven ranging decisions to drive incremental revenue.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with existing and potential supplier partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities that enhance customer experiences.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Leverage advanced data analysis to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and inform process improvements.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, supply chain, and advertising, to achieve holistic business objectives.
  • Develop Team Capabilities: Act as a subject matter expert, coach colleagues, and contribute to team knowledge development through workshops and training sessions.
